The biggest challenge in this project is, supermarket is operating 24 x 7.

 

There is active customer movement in the market.

 

Spinneys supermarket is spread across 2000 Sq.mt.

​

Site is divided into no : of zones and limited time period is allocated to complete the works for all services.

 

Day to Day Co-ordination is required as we shall come to know how run to services, once existing ceiling is removed.
