How Do I know Indoor Air Quality is not Good ?

1. If you smell Unpleasant odors, when you are back to home after few hours of being outdoor, it happens as a result of stagnant air.

2. If you notice ordinary smells that linger longer than they should, this is a sign that your home doesn’t have proper ventilation. If the odors from last night’s dinner are still there the next day, there’s a good chance that pollutants are hanging out as well.

WHY YOUR VILLA POWER BILL IS HIGH?

If fresh air is not induced in to the space, when ever extract fans are ON, the Villa will be negatively pressurized.
However outdoor air will penetrate by what ever available means such as window & door openings, etc. which will carry humidity & impurities such as dust, sand, etc., along with Air.
This Outdoor air shall have temperature around 46 Deg C in peak summer.
Difference in temperature, humidity between outdoor air and indoor air will add additional Cooling load on AC system.

ENERGY IS EXTRACTED

Temperature inside villa shall be around 24 deg C.
Extracts fans of kitchen and washroom shall extract conditioned air which is at 24 deg C.
So Extract Fans are Extracting Energy into atmosphere

HOW TO SAVE ENERGY IN VILLA

The energy that we will lose by discharging the 24 C extract air to atmosphere will be absorbed by heat exchanger and the same is utilized to cool down the outside make up air. It is basically absorbing the energy from one medium and transferring it to the other medium.
