Cooling & Noise Issues in a Super Luxury Pent house which is completed with 5 Star Finishes.

Project Achievement

Client approached to a company (the top brand in AC) to suggest a technical engineer who can solve the Cooling & Noise Issues, then they suggested my name.

While site visit client explained us that during non-peak summer, they can achieve hardly 25 C to 26 C and the noise levels are for sure more than acceptable levels.

After detail study of the project which includes Heat Load Calculation, checking pipe, duct and air outlet sizing, we assured client that these problems can solved without any additional, chilled water load. We had noticed that noise level is due to improper selection of Air Outlets, return air path and opening sizes.

We had successfully done the required changes and it is peak summer we had commissioned the system by achieving 20 to 22 Deg C and noise levels came down to acceptable levels. Client appreciated our efforts and awarded with a Villa project in Arabian Ranches.
