As project is having cooling issues and chillers had been redundant, for various reasons, Client wants to retain the existing chillers and install new chillers, connecting to existing pump and chilled water pipe network.

Chiller Replacement – 2nos, Carrier Make - 30XB 1000 & 30XB 700

Isolation of chillers from existing chilled water network. Installation of New Chillers - 2nos, replacement of chilled water pump 1no. Supply & Installation of Chilled water pipe connecting to pump room and existing chilled water network, Flushing & Chemical treatment.  Supply & Installation of SMDB, Isolator Panels, MCC Panel with VFD for Chilled wate pumps. Installation of CPM, maintenance of FCU, AHU to enhance the performance of HVAC system and solve cooling issues.
